Lead - Converting to Opportunity Process
If your contact is a Lead designated in Salesforce. Follow this process to convert this lead to an opportunity.

Navigate to the lead.

Click "Convert"

Check to see if there is already an account in the system. If there is not, please put in the account name here.

If there is an account already for the lead, that shows up, please click the Choose Existing radio button and search for the account in the system.

Type in the name of the account.

Choose the appropraite account.

Once you have added or chosen the account, put in the contact details. Click the drop down to change the name.

Add the first and last name and salutation.

The opportunity name should be listed as the product (i.e. "PMM")

Click "John Maxwell Press Delete to Remove"

Click the "Record Owner*" field.

Type in your name.

Click on your name.

Click "Convert"

Click "Protect My Ministry - Protection - Gad - Test - 2023-07-04"

Click "Details"

Click "Edit Type"

Click "New Business"

Scroll down to opportunity type: Click "--None--"
