Fill in the personal information about the newcomer

Choose the working site and the department of the new employee

Click "Choose the associated working site"

Select platform access rights on the platform: either employee (user) or admin —  then click on "Next step"

Fill in the onboardings details: arrival date, allocated budget... 

Click the "Employee address (janedoe@test.com)" field.

Click on "Add employee and continue" to choose the device that will be attributed to the new employee

Choose among one of the devices in your stock or place an order for a new device

Once the device is selected, click on "View cart", add any additional details in the comments section and click on "Continue"

Click the "Add a comment about my items" field.

Choose the delivery address: either one of the addresses from your company profile in the settings, or another one

Fill in a phone number for the delivery and click on "Continue"

A recap of the onboarding is displayed; click on "Confirm onboarding"

Congratulations for onboarding a new employee! They will receive an email to activate their account on the Rzilient platform. Click "See all onboardings" and "View summary" if needs be
