Click the "Search" field.

Type "tennessee v. garner [[enter]]"

Select the parameters and filters on the left side.

Click "Search"

Click "Tennessee v. Garner (1985)" in this example. The search results will often show other cases from the lower courts or cases where it was cited.

The top will often have useful information for other sources with the primary sources of information or links to other sources with the primary documents. Click "1984-065" to see what else is available.

The next screen provides useful information about the case and where other court documents can be found, if there are any available. Click "Westlaw" to see if CSU Libraries' have database access to the case files.

In this case, CSU Libraries does not. It may also be helpful to check directly in Westlaw from GALILEO. Sometimes it might just be a permissions issue using the direct link from Court Listener.

Click "Get Citation Updates" if you want to be updated when this case is cited in new legal filings. You will have to create a free account to get these updates.

Click "Oral Arguments" to search what is available as far as other types of case information. You may have to retype the parameters.

Click the "Search" field and type the case search terms to locate any other court documents.
