    Sync CougarView Calendars

    Syncing Calendars to Google Calendar

    Navigate to your CougarView Account

    Click on the "Course Home" page. Scroll down to the Calendar Widget. Then click on the dropdown.

    Click "Go to Calendar"

    Click the "Subscribe Button."

    Click on the link in the box and copy it. Press CRT + C.

    Tip! You can change the colors, add, and/or remove courses from your CougarView calendar so they do not appear on your Google Calendar. Directions are in another section of this tutorial.

    Go to your Google Calendar App

    Under "Other Calendars", click on the + icon.

    Click "From URL." Press "CTRL + V"

    Paste the link in the box. Click Add Calendar.

    Click the arrow to exit "Settings".

    Find the newly added calendar under "Other Calendars". Click the ellipsis to access the options. Under this setting, you can change the color of how it appears on your calendar. Click "Settings".

    Click the "Name" field and type in the new name you want to use. In this example, I named it: CougarView Courses. Then press "Enter". Click on the arrow to exit "Settings".

    There are several options here you can customize to what appears on your CougarView Calendar and for how long.

    Click on the dropdown arrow.

    Click on the calendar "dropdown menu" on the calendar widget, located on the homepage of the course. Under this menu, you can add or remove courses that you want to appear on your CougarView and Google Calendars. Click on the Paintbrush to change the colors of the calendars.

    Click on the color you want. In this example, I chose "Deep Teal #00a490".
