OpenManage Enterpriser supports a number of optional plugins to add features and integrate with 3rd party tools such as Microsoft System Center or VMware Virtual center . One of these plugins is Power Manager this offers management of power consumptions, thermal events,  server utilization and additional reports including carbon emissions.

One advance feature of OpenManage Enterprise is to automate server deployment steps. OpenManage can discover  new  servers , configure the firmware, finally deploy an OS, this  greatly reduces the amount of effort & time required to bring new servers on line. In this module we will cover bare metal server deployment, profiles, configuration management and auto deploy.
