Logging into the Advisor Portal

This guide provides essential instructions for accessing the Advisor Portal, making it easy for both new and returning users to log in efficiently. It includes clear steps for first-time users to request access and create a password, as well as a straightforward process for returning users to log in and recover forgotten passwords.

Home (Dashboard)

Your Home screen, or Dashboard, includes quick access features that help you manage your individual book of business, stay up to date with Saskatchewan Blue Cross, and easily access your commission statements.

  1. Top Menu Bar: Access the functions and tools available within your Advisor portal.

  2. Notification Centre: Notifications are email-enabled, ensuring you remain informed about all developments at Saskatchewan Blue Cross. Stay updated on marketing communications, policy changes, product training, CE-accredited opportunities, and more.

    Tip: Notifications, Announcements, and Alerts can be accessed and acknowledged in this section. Additionally, Group Advisors will receive email notifications for any activities or actions required within the Portal.

  3. Quick Actions: Gain direct access to your Personal Health Plan application and quote tools, which are linked to your Advisor number for the processing of corresponding commissions from approved applications.

    Please note that the Travel Portal and Advisor Learning Centre do not support single sign-on but provide direct links to their respective login pages for your convenience.

  4. Commission Statements: Receive notifications and review your recent commission statements.

Reports

This guide provides instructions for generating key reports to manage Personal Health Plan policies and track advisor performance. It includes reports on lapsed policies, sales summaries, and customer lists, supporting both individual advisors and brokerages. Reports can be downloaded in various formats for easy integration with other systems.
