      Provide a brief introduction that mentions the following basic details about the role. Use second-person language to address the employee in the specified role (e.g., “As a UX writer, you’ll be part of our Design team.”).

      Job Description/Structure

      In a paragraph, describe a typical day for the employee in this role. Ask existing team members for their insight when filling out this section. Rather than listing individual tasks (which you’ll do in the next section), summarize the worker’s main duties and attributes.

      Job Responsibilities

      Write a bulleted list describing all the employee's responsibilities in this role. Start each line with a verb that clearly indicates what’s expected of the team member, such as:

      • Develop detailed project plans…

      • Track project budgets by…

      • Facilitate weekly meetings to…

      • Monitor customer satisfaction through… 

      • Document code changes in…

      Create a list of Scribes that outline the workflows the employee in this role will need to follow to meet their responsibilities.
