When you log in to Videosign, you'll be greeted with the dashboard, which provides quick access to VSCC features.
VSCC Elements:
New Template – Set up a reusable contract template for faster document creation.
Total Templates – View and manage stored contract templates via the Template Manager.
You can upload a document to VSCC to use as a base, or start with a blank template.
Any documents uploaded to create a template must be in PDF format.
To create a new template, follow the guide below:

Edit a TemplateIn the top right corner, you will see the VSCC toolbar. There are several tools you can use to edit your template.
Document Editor - To manage the pages of your template.
Form Creator - Add form fields to your template.
Image - Insert images to your template.
Content Editor - Edit or add text to your template.
Add Signature Tags - Add and assign signature tags to template roles.
Download - Download a copy of the template.
Use the Document Editor to manage the pages of your template.
Document EditorUse the Form Creator to add the following form fields to your template:
Button
Text field
Radio
Checkbox
Dropdown list
List box
Date field
Insert images to your template.
Insert ImageYou can add, or edit text on your template.
Note: Content Editor is suitable for editing short snippets of text. If you want to edit large blocks of text, it's best to use a dedicated document editor, such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
Content EditorSignature tags highlight areas of the document where users are required to sign.
A signature tag's size and position is determined when the signature tag is added by the meeting host and cannot be adjusted by the signee.
This can help speed up the signing process during a meeting, especially if the document requires signatures in multiple different areas.
