We’re working together on a series of enhancements and improvements to the system that will streamline workflows for both Agents and Underwriters. These updates are designed to reduce the time spent on manual keying so all users can focus more on supporting and engaging with our customers.

Our newest enhancements and improvements are listed below.

Agent Access Edit Project 2026

Allow User to Associate SBI to Specific Policies

This enhancement allows users assign SBIs to specific policies under a primary insured. It helps support policy-level situations like landlord/tenant SBIs and Transfer of Coverage SBIs, and it brings AgriNet more in line with RMA by allowing SBIs to be assigned more accurately.

Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) Auto Quote in AgriNet Quoting

In the previous sprint, Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) was introduced as an auto-quote option. With the .10 release, Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) will be added and can be configured to automatically generate and email quotes directly to the insured.

Important: To receive auto-quotes, the insured must have at least an estimate set up in AgriNet and a valid email address on file. Without both requirements in place, auto-quote emails cannot be delivered.

LVS Auto-Quote Grid Editing Enhancement

This enhancement allows users to edit more AutoQuote settings directly from the Component Price Option grid in the DRP Livestock AutoQuotes screen. Users can select quote parameters, update the insured email list, and choose whether an AutoQuote is active or inactive—all within the same grid row.

Docusign added to Coverage Endorsement for LVS Plans

For the 2027 Reinsurance Year (RY), DocuSign has been added to the Specific Coverage Endorsement (SCE) print options for Livestock Revenue Protection (LRP) and Livestock Gross Margin (LGM), and to the Quarterly Coverage Endorsement (QCE) for Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP). By clicking the checkbox this will launch the DocuSign process to be completed in the DocuSign platform. This will only be available in the RY27+.

Quick Quote and Max Estimate- MCO UI Modification

With MCO ADM data now available, the Base Rate field will display the current RMA base rate from the database, replacing the temporary fallback value that was previously shown when data was unavailable.

In Quick Quote, selecting multiple insurance plans will dynamically add rows for each applicable MCO insurance plan, providing greater visibility into plan-specific rates.

In Max Estimate, when an MCO is selected for Supplemental Coverage, additional rows will be generated for each MCO plan, along with the corresponding practice variations for each plan.

Additionally, a tooltip has been added to the Base Rate field to inform users that the displayed rate can be manually updated if they believe the rate is inaccurate.

R27 Written Agreement Duplicate CLUs

For RY2026+, the Written Agreement Land Entry (R27/R27Z) tab has been updated to prevent duplicate Farm/Tract/Field (F/T/F) combinations from being entered on the same AgriNet Written Agreement (WA) ID. A warning message has been added that alerts users when a duplicate F/T/F combination is entered and implement validation that disables the Save button when duplicate or blank F/T/F values exist.

This enhancement addresses issues in the ROE folder creation process caused by underwriters entering the same F/T/F combination multiple times on a single WA ID.

Remove WA Checkbox from Coverage Screen

The Written Agreement checkbox on the Coverage screen has historically caused confusion for both Agents and Underwriters. Because this field is non-editable and serves only as a visual indicator, it will be removed from the user interface and hidden from view.

This change helps simplify the screen and eliminates potential misunderstanding regarding the field's purpose and functionality.

Implement Override Price Field (All Commodities)

The Override Price field has been added to support Price Override functionality across all commodities. When a (LP) option exists for a crop, users typically expect to enter a single contract per crop, with the pounds or acres entered applying across the entire crop and county. Because contracts such as peanuts are not differentiated by practice, the override field can be used to apply a price across the entire policy.

In addition, if the default price used during rating is not correct, authorized users can enter an override value to ensure the specified price is used, resulting in a more accurate Schedule of Insurance (SOI). Access to this functionality is restricted to Underwriters and above.

The user interface (UI) was made available in the .08 Sprint release. With the .10 Sprint release, the behind-the-scenes rating calculations are now complete and active, enabling the Override Price field to fully function as intended during the rating process and SOI generation.

High Risk Land Exclusion, Add Uninsurable Option

The system is being updated to support new High-Risk Land Exclusion (HRLE) options for policies beginning with reinsurance year 2027. A new HRLE option dropdown will be added to the coverage information tab, allowing users to select HRLE-No CAT or HRLE-With CAT when applicable. This enhancement expands the system beyond the current HB-only handling of high-risk land elections.

UI Update for Native Sod De Minimis Changes

For states with Native Sod (Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota), a new checkbox is being added to the acreage tab titled "Native Sod (de minimis)". This allows us to transmit the required program indicator of "DM" on the P11 for NSDM (Native Sod acreage that is 5 acres or less) upon completion of the corresponding PASS ticket.
