We’re working together on a series of enhancements and improvements to the system that will streamline workflows for both Agents and Underwriters. These updates are designed to reduce the time spent on manual keying so all users can focus more on supporting and engaging with our customers.
Our newest enhancements and improvements are listed below.

The new Bulk Shareholder Linking enhancement in AgriNet Mapping allows users to link multiple fields (CLUs) within a unit to the same shareholder policy in a single action. This reduces repetitive manual shareholder entries within the Plant Window. A Bulk Shareholder feature will be added to the policy side soon.
More flexibility has been added when entering planted acres. Users can now save acreage information even if they don't have the planting date available yet. The system will still flag the missing date with a warning, but it won't stop the user from saving their work. Acreage Reports have also been enhanced to display both field-level acres and line or unit totals. This gives agents the option to gather planting date information later during follow-up conversations with the insured.
The RMA's new Turfgrass Value Select (TVS) pilot program will be fully integrated into the AgriNet user interface with the .12 Sprint release. This enhancement introduces comprehensive TVS support throughout the system, making it easier for users to quote, apply for, and manage TVS coverage.
Key updates include:
Removal of the $1.2 million coverage cap.
Coverage updates to support CAT policies.
Enhancements to the Acreage screen to accommodate TVS requirements.
Rating updates implemented behind the scenes to support the new program.
The MPCI Application now automatically pre-populates TVS information where applicable.
Updates to the Forms tab to reflect NVS, TVS, and CE selections and documentation.
The Turfgrass Value Report (TVR) and Turfgrass Monthly Unit Value Plan (MUVP) will be released with the .12Sprint.
Remaining AgriSompo-branded forms designed specifically for TVS are currently in development and will be available in a future release, providing a more streamlined and customized experience for agents and insureds participating in the TVS program.
Previously, acreage lines marked as Uninsurable on APH Base Perennials and PRV policies did not roll to the next crop year. This required Agents and Underwriters to manually re-key the same acreage lines each year while continuing to maintain APH history until the acreage became insurable and could either stand alone as an insured line or be added to an existing established unit.
Beginning with the RY2027+ changes, uninsurable acreage lines will now roll forward automatically to the next crop year. This enhancement preserves APH history, reduces repetitive data entry, and streamlines policy maintenance by eliminating the need to recreate the same acreage records annually. Once the acreage becomes eligible for insurance, it can be transitioned into a standalone insured line or incorporated into an established unit without the burden of prior-year rework.
Please note: Uninsured lines that share an APH database with insured lines will not roll forward into the next Reinsurance Year (RY).
When a user adds STAX, HIP-WI, or MCO supplemental coverage to a base policy that includes the LP option, the system should create a supplemental coverage line for each base coverage that automatically includes all applicable practices associated with the base policy. Users should not be required to create separate supplemental coverage lines for each practice, ensuring compliance with 2027+ STAX, HIP-WI, and MCO processing procedures.
Crop and Livestock Income Protection (CLIP) claim functionality has now been integrated into AgriNet. When a policy includes CLIP coverage, it will be displayed as both a County/Commodity selection option and an available Claim Type, streamlining the claim setup and processing workflow.
Additionally, when a printed Notice of Loss (NOL) is generated, CLIP information will now be clearly identified in two locations beneath the header section of the form. This enhancement improves visibility of CLIP coverage details and helps ensure the appropriate claim information is readily available throughout the claims process.
Assignment of Indemnity information can be added or updated while a claim is in Audit or Audit Reopened status because the claim is still considered open. The field stays available until the claim is submitted for payment. After that, it is locked and no additional assignments can be made.
When printing the MPCI Schedule of Insurance/Production Report or the Map Based SOI, the unit option shown on each acreage line should reflect the unit option that applies for the current year. This only affects Enterprise Unit situations where the originally selected option is overridden because the insured does not qualify for it. Basic Unit and Optional Unit scenarios are not impacted because they already display the correct information.
The Expected Milk Production per Cow value has been relocated from the summary section of the DRP Quick Quote to the area displaying quarterly production details, allowing users to view the expected production for each cow within each quarter more easily. To further improve visibility, the value is now displayed in bold text, making it quicker to locate and review at a glance.
The ability to include Blank Added Land Pages has been added to the MBAR batch report options menu. This functionality was previously available only at the policy level.
The MPCI Schedule of Insurance and the Map Based Schedule of Insurance reports have been updated to use adjusted acres on the Coverage Page totals when applicable. Planted Acre totals are calculated using adjusted acres, while any difference between original and adjusted acres is included in the Uninsurable Acres total. Additionally, the Coverage Page wording has been updated from "Insured Acres" to "Planted Acres."
