Note:  This would only work if multiple coaches took CPR / EAP Training ON THE SAME DATE (otherwise see instruction for How to Individually enter dates);

More ideal for EAP Training dates as you more than likely will rehearse with an entire coaching squad at a time (i.e. Football Coaches on the football field).

This will demonstrate how to add coaches to individual team rosters. Note that this is what "enrolls" them into their eligibility tier (which gives them access to clinics, sports safety, etc)

This step by step demonstrates how to add a neutral site, in this case, out of state. NOTE: You will have already needed to add you out of state opponent first BEFORE this step!

How to set up a new contest or contests in which your school:

1) is hosting
2) is not an actual tournament, and
3) you are not participating in

In this Scribe, I will describe how to "Scope" a coach to a roster once added to the team.

What is Scoping? You scope a coach to a team's roster to limit their rights to edit to the specific team(s) that they coach. This also prevents them from receiving EVERY game/match change notification!!

Schools would want to leave any administrators that also coach "Unscoped" as they need full rights to the platform (i.e. an AD that is also the Head Football Coach)
