When you need volunteers --  simply create a "Post," add a "Calendar Entry" and "Request Volunteers."

Static Groups are made up of members you add or are self-enrollment groups. Static Groups can be public, private, or confidential. Staff can also generate QR codes and links when creating private Static Groups. Those links and QR codes can be shared with users for self-enrollment into the private group.

*This option will likely only be used by administrators.

Auto-Update Groups are SIS based. They automatically update with new members who meet conditions and removes members who do not meet conditions you've selected. You will build your group based on specific fields (grade level, language, zip code.) Applies filters based on conditions you define.

Messages are for one-on-one conversations or for a small group (up to 50 recipients.) Messages look like a chat or text. Each time you message the same person, former messages are still in the feed. Examples of messages: John, don't forget to finish your homework. Tomorrow is the last day to turn it in! --OR-- Reminder -- club officers will meet tomorrow.

Posts are your main form of communication. This is an efficient way to communicate with a grade level, class or group. You can attach photos, files and video. Parents can comment (if enabled), but those comments are not visible to others. Examples of when to create a post are: English II -- don't forget you have a test tomorrow. Parents, please sign up to volunteer at our spring dance. Please sign up to bring items to the class party.
