The ePAF (electronic Personnel Action Form) system is used to facilitate any changes related to a student employee’s job. This includes actions such as hiring, termination, pay increases, and additional pay, just to name a few.
In addition, the ePAF is expanding to employment actions for all employee classifications. You can currently update Reports To information for faculty, staff, temporary employees, and students. Additional pay entry for all employees is being rolled out throughout early 2026.
Navigation:
• Log on to https://my.tcu.edu
• Click on the Department / Budget Manager tile
• Select the ePAF tile
