We’re working together on a series of enhancements and improvements to the system that will streamline workflows for both Agents and Underwriters. These updates are designed to reduce the time spent on manual keying so all users can focus more on supporting and engaging with our customers.

Our newest enhancements and improvements are listed below.

Agent Access Edit Project 2026

Supplemental Coverage Real Time Change Functionality

Starting with the 2027 Reinsurance Year, agents can update established supplemental coverages directly within AgriNet using the New Policy Change feature.

Instead of submitting many routine supplemental coverage changes for underwriting assistance, agents will be able to make eligible updates themselves through the Supplemental Coverage tab during the active keying window.

This improvement means:

  • Quicker policy servicing

  • Immediate processing of eligible coverage updates

  • Less administrative back-and-forth

  • Improved efficiency when assisting customers

We believe this enhancement will simplify everyday policy maintenance while providing a faster and more streamlined experience.

Bulk Shareholder Linking Tool: Fields Tab

A new bulk linking enhancement allows users to link the same shareholder policy to multiple fields within an acreage line at one time, eliminating the need to link each field individually.

CLIP Claim Notice of Loss: Reminder Message

Beginning with Reinsurance Year 2026, AGX will display a reminder message when users create a new CLIP claim to help ensure all associated underlying MPCI crop claims have also been opened.

When navigating to AGX → Policy → Commodity → Actions → New Claim, selecting CLIP under County Commodities, and clicking Create, users will be presented with the following informational reminder:

Reminder: Please ensure all underlying MPCI crops associated with the CLIP claim have an open claim.

This enhancement serves as a prompt to verify claim completeness and support accurate claim processing. The reminder is informational only and does not prevent claim creation. After reviewing the message, users can click Close to dismiss the notification and continue creating the CLIP claim as normal.

New Pre-Acceptance Worksheet Question Added

Beginning with the 2027 Reinsurance Year (2027RY+), AGX has been updated to include an additional Pre-Acceptance Worksheet (PAW) underwriting question for all Category C (Perennial) Crops, in accordance with RMA DSSH guidelines.

What's New?

A new Question #5 has been added to the Pre-Acceptance Worksheet Questions section:

"Direct market or vertically integrated: identify if any of the crop will be direct marketed or required production records will be controlled by you or will not be from a disinterested third party (e.g., vertically integrated)."

Agents and processors will be able to select Yes or No directly below Question 4.

Important Note

As with all PAW questions, selections made in AGX do not populate the printed form. The applicable election must still be completed and signed on the printed worksheet.

Pre-Acceptance Inspection Date Tracking Workflow Streamlined for Category C Crops

Starting in RY 2027+, the Pre-Acceptance Inspection date tracking workflow has been streamlined for Category C Crops, Perennials, Pecan Revenue, and Pecan Trees:

  • Signature Fields Removed: Removed Insured Signed and Agent Signed fields from both the Coverage > Miscellaneous Dates tab and the Enter Form Dates modal.

  • Adjuster Column Added: Added a dedicated Adjuster Sign date column in the Form Dates modal (with Set All Dates support).

  • Layout Adjustment: Moved the Adjuster Signed and Company Received date fields into the main inspection view for improved visibility and a cleaner layout.

New Miscellaneous Dates Tab for NVS, CE, and TVS Policies

AGX now includes a new Miscellaneous Dates tab for Nursery Value Select (NVS), Controlled Environment (CE), and Turfgrass Value Select (TVS) policies. Located above the Company Only tab, it mirrors the existing Perennials workflow and allows users to capture and view Yes/No/NA questionnaire responses from the applicable value reports.

Key enhancements include:

  • A new Miscellaneous Dates tab under Policy → Commodity → Coverage.

  • Automatic display of commodity-specific questions from:

  • NVR Form 1181 (Nursery Value Select)

  • CEVR Form 1237 (Controlled Environment)

  • TVR Form 1402 (Turfgrass Value Select)

  • Bi-directional synchronization of date fields between the Miscellaneous Dates tab and Policy → Actions → Enter Form Dates → Miscellaneous.

  • Improved visibility of questionnaire responses used to determine when inspections may be required.

  • Printed forms show checkbox outlines but do not print selected responses. (Insured & Agent to manually make selection on the form.)

Turfgrass at CAT Coverage Level Update

When a Turfgrass coverage is saved at the CAT coverage level, the system shall automatically populate Practice Code 002 (Irrigated) into "Practice" during the Coverage Save process.

Business Justification

For CAT-level Turfgrass coverages, the Type and Practice fields are locked on the Edit Coverage screen and cannot be manually selected by the user.

Since Irrigated (002) is the only RMA-supported practice for Turfgrass, the application must automatically assign Practice Code 002 during the save process whenever a CAT Turfgrass coverage is created or updated.

NVS/TVS Tip:

Buy-Up Coverage Level: Require Practice and Type on Coverage Screen

CAT: Only Require a Practice on Coverage Screen

Cloud Connect and Harvest Data

Cloud Connect now supports importing Harvest Field Operations from My John Deere, allowing users to report both planting and harvest data. Harvest operations are retrieved during the initial connection setup and when users manually refresh operations. Harvest records display in the Cloud Connect dashboard with the associated field name and are clearly identified as Harvest data. When the Process button is selected on the dashboard for a harvest operation, the associated harvest files are zipped together and sent for processing. If both planting and harvest operations are selected for processing, separate zip files are created for each data type and processed independently.

Pasture, Rangeland, & Forage Interval Update

The RMA recently made changes to the Jan-Feb interval. The new allowed interval percentages are 10-25% and have been updated within AgriNet for both quoting and policy processing.

Other regional changes have been made as well, to reflect the state and county the commodity is being quoted in.

LGM Quick Quote Report Updates

Beginning with 2026RY, the LGM Quick Quote PDF Report now includes monthly commodity price details directly on the report, providing greater transparency and alignment with RMA detailed quote summaries.

What's New?

Three new rows have been added below the Marketings section:

  • Live Cattle Price

  • Feeder Cattle Price

  • Corn Price

These rows display the monthly commodity prices used in the quote calculation.

Why It Matters

  • Improved Transparency by showing the underlying price assumptions used in the quote.

  • Better RMA Alignment for easier quote validation and comparison.

  • Enhanced Producer Discussions with clearer, more detailed quote information.

This enhancement is available on all 2026RY and newer LGM Quick Quote PDF Reports.

Rainfall Index RLU County Selection

A new enhancement allows users to select the State/County assignment for an RLU when the shape spans multiple county or state boundaries, rather than defaulting solely to the county containing the centroid. Upon completing the RLU shape, a State/County dropdown will display all applicable overlap options, with the centroid county preselected by default.

Additionally, the system now requires users  to save an RLU before creating another one, preventing multiple unsaved RLUs from being drawn simultaneously.
