The standard Scribe Enterprise plan bills annually for a predetermined number of licenses. Once those licenses have all been provisioned, additional licenses must be purchased. We have received feedback that some customers experience friction with this purchasing process, and so we’re pleased to offer an alternative, friction-freeway to purchase Scribe.
Scribe’s unique Flexible Seat Program (FSP) allows customers to grow their usage and license count flexibly, with zero surprises or unwanted fees, while maintaining full control.
At any point, customers can invite or add as many users as desired, with zero fees or commitment. This allows customers to validate the value of Scribe for these users / teams before committing to additional costs.
Scribe will review the data on a quarterly cadence. Each quarter, Scribe will proactively share data with the customer on activity above and beyond the customer’s original purchase. At that point, the customer may determine whether it wishes to pay for all, some, or none of those new users. For users that the customer chooses to add, the contract will be amended with the additional licenses with zero retroactive fees. Invoices will be consolidated and sent no more frequently than once per quarter. Any additions will be subject to the terms of the originating Order Form.
Any new users for whom the customer does not wish to purchase a license will be removed from the platform, with no fees or charges*. All content will stay in the Enterprise workspace, with ownership transferred to one of the admins.
The “Quarterly Review” will occur on a schedule according to the contract start date. For example, if a contract starts October 16th, the data will be sent within 1 week from January 16th (1 quarter after contract start date). Scribe will contact the customer contact listed on the Order Form, via email, during this period. If a response is not received, these users will be automatically removed from the platform.
