This month we had the chance to launch game-changing updates — both in the Scribe platform and to our newest feature, Pages.

Pages updates
If you're not familiar with Pages yet... let's just say you're missing out on your next favorite tool. This feature lets you organize multiple Scribes in a single process document, along with text, videos, lists and more.
We were so proud to launch Pages, and are even more excited to use your feedback to make the experience better than ever.
Gong embed
You asked and we delivered. Now your sales team can add Gong videos to Pages right alongside Scribes.
Gong is a massively popular revenue intelligence tool that helps sales teams strengthen their funnel. Embed a Gong video into Pages to build awesome onboarding materials and training guides that your team can use again and again.
Gong is joining YouTube, Loom and Dubb.com as supported media types in Pages.

Pages embed
This is a big one.
We've told you what we can embed in Pages, but what if we told you that Pages itself can embed in hundreds of other tools?
We know how much you love embedding Scribes in your favorite software, so we've made that same magic happen with Pages.
As long as your tool accepts iframe embeds, all you have to do is copy and paste the embed snippet to show off your best Page, anywhere!

Here are all the ways we've improved Scribe across your browser and in your workspace.
Recommended Scribes
Now, when you open the Scribe extension, you'll see Recommended Scribes from your Workspace for the app you're on. These Scribes are ranked by view count so you get the most relevant content first.
Have a specific question? Just search for a keyword to find the right Scribe.
Recommended Scribes are meant to give you answers in an easy-to-follow format during your workflow. Say goodbye to your cluttered browser tabs.
Transfer owner
Empower your teammates (and get work off your plate) with ownership transfer.
There are a lot of teams on Scribe that have one group create the guides (like technical writers or help desks) and another manage them. Easily change the owner of a Scribe or Page in the share modal. (Heads up — this release is only for our Pro and Enterprise users.)

Not a Pro or Enterprise user? You’re in luck!
Refer someone to Scribe to unlock 7 days of Pro for free — no credit card required. All you have to do is click your profile in the top right of your workspace and select “Unlock 7 days of free Pro,” for access to Pro features like:
- Screenshot editing.
- Company branding.
- Desktop recording.
- Advanced export options.
